Chicago Stainless Equipment was founded in 1937 when the company began making milk storage tanks. Over the years, the company has been involved in packaging, filling and pasteurization design and manufacturing. In the mid 1950's the company made the first sanitary pressure gauge for use on their storage tanks. The gauge was the first of its kind and received a U.S. patent for the unique design. Today all sanitary pressure gauges use principles similar to our original design, however, no other manufacturer has as much experience, or can match our high standards, and exceptional service. |

Sani-Flow Pressure Gauges
3-A approved diaphragm pressure gauge designed for the demanding yet abusive
environment of most food processing plants. This is not an industrial gauge with
a diaphragm seal assembly, the Sani-Flow pressure gauge has been designed
specifically for sanitary applications. The gauges are extremely accurate yet durable
and are available with sanitary fittings in sizes from 1½" to 3", and pressure ranges
from 30"Hg (vacuum) up to 1,000 psi. Our Sani-Flow pressure gauges are generally in

Sani-Flow Digital Thermometers
Our 3-A and FDA approved digital thermometers have been designed to meet the requirements of the food processing
industry. They are accurate, durable, easy to read, water proof, easily field recalibrated and very low maintenance.
Powered by a standard AAA battery, which is field replaceable, they have a large, high
contrast, LCD display which makes temperature reading much easier and more accurate.
They are available with most sanitary fittings as well as NPT and well type connections.

Pharma-Flow Pharmaceutical Pressure Gauges
3-A approved diaphragm pressure gauge designed specifically for the stringent requirements
of the pharmaceutical industry. The Pharma-Flow line is the most accurate sanitary
pressure gauge available. It is also the cleanest, a flush mounted diaphragm and
no sharp corners or crevices to harbor possible contaminates. They are available
in most sanitary fitting in sizes from 1½" up to 3" and in pressure ranges from
30"Hg (vacuum) to 1,000 psi. As with our other products, the Pharma-Flow pressure

Chem-Flow Sanitary Pressure Gauges
Designed for chemical processing applications where exposed stainless steel can not be
tolerated. The Chem-Flow pressure gauge has the accuracy, durability and reliability
of our Pharma-Flow series plus a PTFE coated fitting/diaphragm and an impact resistant
tempered glass lens. The result is the highest quality, longest lasting diaphragmed
pressure gauge available for harsh chemical processing.

Sani-Flow Homogenizer Pressure Gauges
More than 30 years of experience in designing and building sanitary pressure gauges has
gone into engineering an exceptional gauge designed specifically for homogenizer
applications. Internal dampening means little or no pointer oscillations and much longer
gauge life. Like the rest of our products, the homogenizer gauge was conceived with
accuracy, durability and low cost of maintenance in mind. The gauge is available in
pressure ranges from 1,000 psi up to 15,000 psi, with or without the 2 bolt flange.
The Sani-Flow homogenizer pressure gauge is delivered from stock in just about any

Sani-Flow Sanitary Thermowells
Sanitary Thermowells designed specifically for the food, dairy and pharmaceutical
industry. These are not industrial Thermowells adapted to sanitary. All Sani-Flow
Thermowells are machined from 316L Stainless Steel and polished to a near mirror
finish, an Ra of 8 micro inches (.2 microns). They have been
designed with a clean low profile for easy wash down and maintenance. All Sani-Flow
Thermowells have a ½"NPT female thread and are available in most sanitary fittings
from 1½" through 4". Most Thermowells are in stock and ready for same day shipping.

Insta-Flow Industrial Pressure Gauges
An all stainless steel industrial pressure gauge with NPT connections. Offered in
either a 2½"(63mm) or 4"(100mm) dial face. The 2½" gauges are available with ¼"NPT
connections and 4" gauges are available with either ¼" or ½"NPT. These are constructed
with a stainless steel case, socket, tube and movement. They are available in pressure
ranges from 30"Hg vacuum (-1 BAR) to 10,000 psi (700 BAR). Most Insta-Flow gauges are
in stock and ready for same day shipping.
